TOA SELF LEVELING UNDERLAYMENT

TOA SELF-LEVELING UNDERLAYMENT is a self-leveling cement-based product designed for leveling concrete with an application thickness ranging from 2 to 15 mm. It is used to adjust the floor level before installing parquet, laminate, carpet, SPC, vinyl, rubber, etc. Effectively prevents uneven flooring issues, ensures better adhesion during installation, and provides added strength to reduce cracking.

Film type : Grey (Cement Color)
Quantity : 20 kg.

Coverage approximately 1.6-1.7 kg per m² per mm of thickness.

Surface Preparation

  • Concrete must be at least 28 days old.
  • The surface should be strong, clean, free from dust, debris, grease, paint, or any other contaminants. Clean the surface using water and allow it to dry.

How to Use

  • Mix TOA Self-Leveling Underlayment (20 kg) with clean water (4.0-4.4 liters, or 20-22% by weight of the powder, or 3.5:1 by volume (mortar : clean water)).
  • Mix for approximately 3 minutes using a low-speed drill (650 rpm).
Pre-wet the surface for 2 hours, or apply TOA Self-Leveling Primer, allowing it to dry before pouring TOA Self-Leveling Underlayment.
  • Allow the mixture to rest for 3-5 minutes to reduce air bubbles created during mixing.
Pour the prepared mixture onto the surface.
  • Use triangular trowels to level the surface. Use PVC edging or wooden strips for precise leveling.
  • Use a spiked roller to reduce air bubbles after leveling the surface.
  • Allow the surface to dry for 15-24 hours. It can be covered with other materials within 24 hours.
  • Coverage approximately 1.6-1.7 kg per m² per mm of thickness.
