Nippon Paint SmartFlex is a multi-purpose, water-based primer formulated with an elastomeric styrene acrylic polymer, providing exceptional flexibility with over 600% elongation. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it is specially designed to help prevent and bridge hairline cracks while effectively concealing imperfections on concrete surfaces.
