Can be apply on rusty surface where optimum pre-treatment is not practical. / Rust Stopper & Prevent new rust on ferrous surface./ Excellent adhesion all ferrous & non ferrous metal./Can be apply any topcoat eg. Alkyd epoxy polyurethane.
