It is a surface coating made from pure aluminum pigments and silicone resins that can protect the surface of the work piece from dry heat up to temperatures of 500 - 1200°F (260 - 649°C). USDA Approved (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) as a primer and topcoat in itself.
